ARPITHA has an independent building housing its inmates in dormitories of each with 5 beds and attached toilets. Every resident is provided with cupboard to keep all his/her belongings. Men and Women are separated in the place where they are living but are housed in same block with adequate supervision and security of paraprofessionals. Residents are encouraged to be more active and independent to able to manage themselves when discharged from ARPITHA.
Residents utilize the dining hall and kitchen facility of the ‘Mother Campus’ AMITHA which is home to more than 300 residents. They have huge open area for all the necessary outdoor activities and also have ample rooms and equipment to be active indoor as well. Residents are also taken on regular walks outside the campus.
